and international structures. You will draft and negotiate fund documents, advise on SEC registrations and cross-border frameworks, and collaborate with clients and external counsel.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in investment fund formation, structuring, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, AIFMD, UCITS, and partnership structures (LP/GP).
• Proven track record of advising clients on fund formation, offering documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Aufgaben

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund formation documents and related agreements.
• Providing legal guidance on SEC registrations, governance, and compliance with AIFMD/UCITS frameworks.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external counsel on structuring, compliance reviews, and audits.
• Managing legal and regulatory issues for private equity, hedge funds, and registered funds.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and global compliance developments to provide proactive counsel.
