Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director to join the Global CMBS group in Chicago or New York. You will lead a team focused on CRE CLOs, transaction analysis, market research and criteria development, guiding credit assessments for U.S.

and Canadian properties. You will supervise underwriting and valuations, use quantitative analyses to assess property and loan-level characteristics, and present findings to senior committees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or related.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills; multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

About the Team:

Join a leadership team focused on strategic growth and innovation within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector. Lead efforts to provide Fitch’s opinions and guidance to investors and market participants on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

• You have strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• You exhibit exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and persuasively.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $190,000 and $225,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
