The role demands a JD with strong transaction management, bar admission in NY/TX/FL/DC, and 3–5 years of securitization or structured finance experience at a top firm. You will lead complex deals from inception to close and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• Active Bar Membership in NY, TX, FL, or DC (or ability to waive in promptly).
• 3–5 years' direct experience in securitization, structured finance, repurchase facilities, or capital markets at a major law firm.

Responsibilities

• Architect and structure repo finance and warehouse facilities across asset classes.
• Draft and negotiate principal deal documentation (repo agreements, facilities, security agreements).
• Advise financial institutions and borrowers on regulatory, capital markets, and execution strategy for complex lending.
• Manage transaction diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior associates.
