Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group in New York seeks an Associate for the Structured Finance - SCS team within GBM. You will leverage modeling and analytical skills to support complex structured transactions, coordinating across coverage and product groups while developing client-ready solutions.

The role involves preparing analyses, presentations and credit information, and working closely with senior bankers on deal processes, valuations and financings.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree and be available to start immediately (subject to any notice period required by their current employer, if applicable)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A, Structured Finance, Securitization, ABS, or Asset Backed Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts, develop models and analyses, and manage transaction processes across multiple projects.
• Prepare written and oral presentations, review deal documents, and assist in M&A, LBO and asset financing transactions.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, and product teams to move transactions forward and provide client-ready solutions.
