Job summary

Aypa Power, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a leading developer and operator of utility-scale energy storage and renewables. The Senior Analyst, Structured Finance will build and review financial models, conduct analyses, and support due diligence for energy assets in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Location is Austin, TX (Hybrid). Requires 1–2 years in finance with renewable energy exposure. Base salary commensurate with experience plus annual bonus and attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in finance or related fields; renewable energy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with financial research, modeling, due diligence, credit agreements, and transaction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and review financial models with sensitivity analyses.
• Support financial due diligence and analysis for energy assets, including debt origination and document review.
• Assist in evaluating strategic financial decisions under guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with M&A team to evaluate investment opportunities and provide insights.
