Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead the execution, reporting, and ongoing management of private debt funds, structured credit vehicles, and related facilities in New York. The role requires close collaboration with investment teams and service providers to ensure accurate terms, robust controls, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in investment or fund operations, private fund reporting expertise, and a strong grasp of SPVs,

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, banking operations, or structured finance.
  • Private fund reporting experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of private credit, structured finance, leverage facilities, and SPVs.
  • Ability to interpret transaction documentation and execute complex operational requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving operational processes.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working across multiple functional groups.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with investment and transaction teams during deal execution to review transaction structures and ensure legal documentation accurately reflects approved terms.
  • Coordinate the establishment of new investment entities, bank accounts, and operational setup for new transactions.
  • Oversee the execution of cash movements, securities settlements, and transaction funding activities.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures while assigning responsibilities across internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary operations contact for investment professionals regarding ongoing transaction administration.
  • Manage relationships with trustees, servicers, fund administrators, counterparties, and other third-party service providers.
  • Coordinate amendments, restructurings, and the orderly wind-down of investment entities when transactions mature or terminate.
  • Enhance operational processes and controls while ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and update financial models used to monitor transaction performance, including overcollateralization, interest coverage, borrowing base, and collateral quality tests.
  • Review and reconcile trustee reports, investor reports, and payment calculations to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain borrowing base schedules for leverage facilities and coordinate funding and repayment activity as directed by portfolio management.
  • Monitor leverage facility covenants and support ongoing fund compliance.
  • Review waterfall calculations, servicer reporting, and cash flow allocations.
  • Support audits, due diligence requests, investor reporting, RFPs, and other ad hoc projects.

Job description

This role works under the Private Funds & Structured Credit Operations area within the Asset & Services team. The group provides operational oversight, administration, and servicing support for private credit funds, structured credit vehicles, and financing transactions.

The position is responsible for the execution, reporting, and ongoing operational management of private debt funds, structured finance vehicles, and related credit facilities. This is a true operations role with significant exposure to fund reporting, transaction management, and post-close servicing.
