Role Overview

The analyst/associate will join the Structured Credit team at Blue Owl Insurance Solutions, focusing on underwriting and managing a portfolio related to structured credit investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in investment analysis, including transaction execution, investment due diligence, credit underwriting, and portfolio surveillance.
• Support the team’s origination and monitoring efforts, tracking deal-related data and documentation.
• Maintain deal market pipelines and internal trackers, prepare investment memos, and conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of the portfolio.
• Understand regulatory and accounting frameworks for investing in structured credit products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties, including CLO managers, banks, and investors.

Required Experience

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of CLOs, structured credit, and insurance asset management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
