Position Overview

The Structured Capital Specialist supports investment and capital markets teams in structuring, executing, and monitoring complex financing transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of structured finance and capital market transactions, including debt, securitizations, and hybrid instruments
• Perform financial modeling, credit analysis, and scenario testing for structured investments
• Assist in due diligence, documentation review, and closing processes for transactions
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and compliance with investment guidelines
• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for structured investments
• Track market trends, pricing, and liquidity conditions relevant to structured products
