Position Overview

The Hybrid Capital Specialist supports investment and capital teams in the execution, monitoring, and analysis of hybrid financing structures. Key Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, execution, and monitoring of hybrid capital transactions, including mezzanine debt, preferred equity, convertible instruments, and other hybrid financing vehicles
• Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment for hybrid capital investments
• Assist in due diligence, documentation review, and closing processes for transactions
• Monitor portfolio performance, P&L, and risk exposure in hybrid investment portfolios
• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for hybrid capital structures
• Track market trends, pricing, and liquidity conditions relevant to hybrid financing instruments
• Identify operational or financial inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance transaction quality
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and investment committees

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of hybrid capital, structured finance, and private credit markets
• Experience or coursework in financial modeling, credit analysis, or hybrid capital structuring (preferred but not required)
