Job summary

Feyen Zylstra in Charleston seeks a Structured Cabling Technician to install structured cabling and pull cables in commercial and industrial environments. You will learn on the job as part of a collaborative team and contribute to safe, efficient installations.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors/indoors, and travel regionally to project sites. Strong knowledge of telecommunications cabling and local low voltage code is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and consistently.
• Willingness and ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, data, AV, and network infrastructure cabling and components.
• Knowledge of BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local low voltage code - strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.

FZ is looking for a Structured Cabling Technicianfor the Charleston office.This role is responsible for installing structured cabling and pulling cable within commercial and industrial settings. Motivated and responsible, this role is dedicated to learning on the job as a team player.
