Beacon Communications in Colorado is seeking a Voice/Data Installer to perform installation tasks and assist with system setup, testing, and commissioning of structured cabling solutions. This is a starting to mid-level position, supporting Lead Technicians, Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure work aligns with engineered drawings and company standards.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, basic certifications preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or approved equivalent.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• BICSI installer certification preferred.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Perform installation tasks independently under supervision.
• Install cable infrastructure according to engineered drawings.
• Maintain secure and organized jobsite; manage tools and materials.
• Support headend fabrication and wiring under guidance.
• Assist with wiring, labeling, grounding and system structure.
• Follow scope of work, schedule and material management.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of cable types and equipment installation.
• Apply basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve installation issues.
• Safely use hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Read and interpret construction and engineered drawings.
• Travel 20-50% in the Rocky Mountain Region.
