Job summary

Groove Technology Solutions is seeking a Structured Cabling Estimator to join our Digital Infrastructure team in Midvale, Utah. The role focuses on producing accurate estimates and material specs for wired infrastructure projects, supporting sales through quoting and scoping.

In this on-site position, you’ll interpret blueprints, participate in sales calls for real-time scoping, and build budgeting tools while maintaining KPI targets and proficiency in Salesforce, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years designing, installing, and testing low voltage systems in construction.
• Strong background in low voltage cable infrastructure.
• Strong sales communication skills for non-technical stakeholders in live calls.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), blueprint reading, and digital construction tools.
• Experience creating quotes, budgets, and quoting calculators for structured cabling projects.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage construction software.
• RCDD certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce cost estimates, quotes, and material take-offs for structured cabling projects.
• Read blueprints and documents to develop project scopes and wiring diagrams.
• Join sales calls to provide technical scoping support in real time.
• Build and maintain quoting calculators and budget templates.
• Meet weekly goals and KPIs; use Salesforce, Procore, and Bluebeam.
