Job summary

Peabody Energy, Inc. in Oak Creek, CO is seeking a Transfer Bldg/Structure Yard Attendant to join the Conveyance Team at Twentymile Mine. The role involves loading structure trailers, building frame kits, sorting materials, and maintaining an organized yard. This is a full-time position with room for growth.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work rotating shifts in an active mining environment. Benefits include PTO, 401K, safety incentives, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Electrical Certification preferred.
• Previous mining experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Fill roller bins and load them onto the trailer with the loader.
• Build bottom frame kit.
• Build top frame kits.
• Sort structure, place ears in the bin and stack rollers.
• Sort pipe by size once removed from the rack by the Loader operator.
• Get supplies from the warehouse for building pipe trailers.
• General clean up and organization of the yard.
• Sort and organize misc. items in the yard for future use.
