Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a skilled Foreman / Crew Supervisor to lead construction projects in Florida. You will supervise crews, inspect quality, and coordinate with the Project Manager to keep work on schedule.

Requirements include 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Crew Supervisor in carpentry projects, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll uphold safety, manage site conditions, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor in related industry and carpentry projects.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Supervise crew and communicate supervision to the crew and supervisors.
• Plan, organize, and control construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure safety inspections and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free jobsite and comply with company policies.
