The ideal candidate has five years of crew management experience, reads blueprints, and communicates clearly in English. This position offers growth within a global infrastructure group and opportunities to apply innovative construction methods and BIM

Qualificações

• Five (5) years of experience managing crews on highway projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong safety awareness and leadership to enforce site protocols.
• Proficient in English communications, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field crew in day to day production of projects.
• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.
• Order tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example.
