Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years commercial construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying environments
• Must follow OSHA safety standards

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of ironworking practices and tools
• Handles structural components of buildings including beams and columns
• Welds structural components and modifies metal as needed
• Leads by example and trains the team
• Reads and understands project plans
• Ensures safety procedures and PPE compliance
