Job summary

Tarpon Specialty Services is seeking Structural Welders for an on-site industrial project in Greenville, MS. Per diem may be available for out-of-area workers, with overtime opportunities depending on project schedules.

Strong FCAW and SMAW skills are required, and welders should be ready to work on-site and demonstrate their qualifications. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of structural welding experience in industrial settings and can read weld procedures and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2G, 3G and 4G positions qualified or able to qualify.
• 3+ years of structural welding in industrial or heavy construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld procedure specs.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation to Greenville, MS.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and site safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Weld on projects on-site to specified procedures and codes.
• Demonstrate welding qualifications and work safely with team.
• Contribute to timely completion of industrial construction tasks.
