Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Structural Welder to fabricate components for refrigeration systems, including skid frames, vessels, evaporators, and condensers. Reporting to shop leadership, this role ensures consistent hours and advancement opportunities.

Shift is Daylight, Monday–Saturday (every other Saturday) with 40–50 hours weekly; Sundays off. The company handles engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, service, and ongoing support in-house, covering

Qualifications

• Welding school graduate; experience preferred
• Must pass 3G Stick Weld test
• Able to climb 40-foot ladders and work at heights with PPE
• Operate industrial equipment safely
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Weld structural components like skid frames, penthouse frames, dispersion tanks, condensers
• Weld components for compressors, vessels, evaporators, and prefabricated assemblies
• Coordinate with shop foremen and VP of Manufacturing
• Assist insulation, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
