Qualifications

• Experience as Welder, Structural Fitter, or combo Welder/Fitter in manufacturing.
• Experience with FCAW; MIG or TIG a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to pass weld test or fitting assessment.

Responsibilities

• Welder: perform FCAW welding on structural steel in various positions and inspect welds.
• Fitter: read drawings, fit, align, and tack components for welding.
• Shared: follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with welders and supervisors to meet production goals.
