Job summary

Rwdy Inc. is seeking experienced Structural Welders for the construction of a direct carbon capture plant. You will weld, fit, and install steel components, reading blueprints and welding instructions to ensure structural integrity.

The role requires at least 4 years of industrial construction experience, a welding test, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Per diem and overtime are possible, with 13/1 shift patterns and day/night availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience.
• Structural welding experience required.
• Must pass welding test at Dynamic Labs or Acuren.
• Must pass a drug test and complete an audiogram.
• Must have required welding tools.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, potentially over 300 ft.
• Must be available for overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel, including beams, columns, plates, and frames.
• Fit, align, bolt, and weld steel components.
• Read blueprints and welding instructions.
• Use welding machines, grinders, torches, and other tools.
• Grind, clean, and inspect completed welds.
• Cut and prepare steel as needed.
• Use rigging and cranes to position materials.
• Follow all project safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 13/1's Day or Night Shift availability required
