Oklahoma Steel & Wire in Oklahoma is seeking skilled welders to join our construction team, performing structural and fabrication welding in shop and field environments.
You will read blueprints, weld with MIG or stick techniques, assist with framing and steel erection, and operate heavy equipment while maintaining safety standards.

Perform structural and fabrication welding in both shop and field environments.
Weld steel components using MIG and/or stick welding techniques, ensuring high-quality, clean welds.
Assist with general construction tasks, including framing, steel erection, and assembly of metal structures.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine layout and sequence of operations.
Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts.
Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and harness equipment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
Proven welding experience in structural or industrial settings (MIG and/or stick welding).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and weld symbols.
Experience in framing and general construction preferred.
Equipment operation experience required (certifications a plus).
Comfortable working at heights and in all outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
