Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking experienced Structural Welders for full-time roles to support ship repair and marine projects in the Hampton Roads area. The positions require proficiency in SMAW and FCAW, ability to read welding procedures and drawings, and delivering welds to quality and production standards.

Workers will operate in shipyard and shipboard environments with day or night shifts, earning $30.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous shipyard or marine welding experience.
• Proficient in SMAW and FCAW welding.
• Able to pass weld tests based on position and project requirements.
• First Class candidates should be capable of passing structural butt weld tests in multiple positions.
• Must be able to obtain access to Hampton Roads-area shipyards and naval facilities.
