Job summary

Becker Morgan Group is seeking a Structural Technician in Salisbury, Maryland. In this role, you will perform routine structural engineering assignments including CAD/BIM drafting and site inspections under supervision. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and have up to 2 years experience in structural design, with preferred knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. Basic Function

Performs routine structural engineering assignments.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Perform specific CAD/BIM drafting of engineering designs
• Works from the design of others and under the direct supervision of P.E. and Structural Designers
• Site visits to inspect/measure existing building conditions

Qualifications/Skills

• Strong personal organizational and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work with a group and on an individual basis
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in structural design
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Revit experience preferred
