Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment represents a leading South Florida concrete contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent for high-rise projects. You will plan concrete construction, manage subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in concrete construction, strong project management skills, and the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, preferably on high-rise projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA 30-hour.

The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that concrete work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
