Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks an experienced welder to perform SMAW welding duties on erection sites at extreme heights. You will read blueprints and weld symbols, connect panels, and ensure high-quality welds while following safety rules.

Willingness to ascend scaffolding, work with the erection crew, and achieve Tindall welding standards is essential. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of welding experience or training.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings and weld symbols to determine welding requirements.
• Must be or become Tindall Certified in SMAW 3F & 4F.
• Adhere to safety and quality rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Weld connections on panels, beams, columns and double tees as required.
• Climb to extreme heights with welding leads to connect panels.
• Assist erection crew with duties such as grouting and positioning members.
