Job summary

W3Global in Pottstown, PA, is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to lead fabrication and erection projects from award to completion. You will coordinate with customers, detailers, engineers, fabricators, subcontractors, and field crews to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of structural steel processes, the ability to read drawings, and excellent organizational and communication skills to manage schedules, costs, and safety on multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, detailers, fabricators, customers, and field personnel.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project management or construction management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Resolve project issues and coordinate solutions with engineering, fabrication, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
