Job summary

LaborPRO Staffing seeks a skilled MIG Welding Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG welding on steel and other metals, guided by blueprints, drawings, and work orders to build, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.

You will verify weld quality and dimensional accuracy, operate welding and fabrication tools safely, and maintain an organized, safe workspace while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience is required.
• At least two years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Capability to lift, carry, and handle metal materials in a production environment.
• Problem-solving mindset; comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
