Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a night-shift manufacturing associate to support set-up, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.

You will follow instructions to ensure machines operate correctly, learn testing procedures, and monitor quality during production runs. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read tape measures accurately and interpret shop drawings.
• Comply with safety practices and hazard controls in a manufacturing setting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle tools and parts.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and adjust machine settings.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions to set up machines at shift start for proper operation.
• Learns testing procedures and monitors production quality.
• Maintains and cleans machines before/after shifts.
• Performs periodic checks and records results.
• Fixes issues during shift and updates logs as required.
• Feeds materials to semi-automated machines and adjusts settings.
• Maintains accurate records of produced units and logs activity.
