Chart Industries, located in Beasley, Texas, is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator for our Beasley facility. The role emphasizes operating and maintaining air-cooled heat exchangers and other equipment, with safety and quality checks throughout the shift.

You will set up machines, perform tests, and keep detailed logs while meeting production goals. A high school diploma is required, with 6 months in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus.
• 6 months of manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measure, shop drawings, and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines at shift start and calibrate for proper operation.
• Learn testing procedures to ensure product quality during production.
• Maintain and clean machines before/after shifts.
• Monitor operations and adjust settings as needed to meet production goals.
• Record approved/defective units and maintain activity logs.
