Job summary

Endres Manufacturing Company is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain heavy-duty structural steel processing equipment. You will run the Punch, Shear, and Saw Department, calibrate machines, and ensure production schedules are met with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will read basic prints and work instructions, use measurement tools for quality checks, and collaborate with the team to optimize output while following all PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience
• Ability to read basic prints, degrees, angles
• Proficient with measurement tools
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain heavy-duty processing equipment in the Punch, Shear, and Saw Department
• Calibrate and safely operate equipment including Hydmech Saw, Shear, Brake Press, Burn Table
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and optimize output
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks using measurement tools
• Read and interpret basic prints, work instructions, degrees, angles, and miters
