Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 200 feet.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up hoisting equipment for raising and placing structural members.
• Bolt aligned members to keep in position until permanent bolts/welds.
• Cut and weld steel members as needed.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with signaling and guiding hoisting operations.
