This position is responsible for the supervision of the Structural Section reporting to the Structural Department Manager. It provides both technical and administrative supervision to the section to ensure that technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets are met in accordance with applicable professional standards, design control procedures, company procedures and technical design guides. The role coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, budgets and staff assignments to ensure clients receive the best design capabilities to meet their needs.
