Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years of structural/roofing experience, valid AZ Driver’s License and AZ IVP FPCC.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of structural/roofing experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Obtain and maintain AZ IVP FPCC.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all types of roofs and roofing components.
• Operate and maintain roofing and carpentry tools safely.
• Record and submit job tasks, materials and hours in the work-order system.
• Communicate with District staff and coordinate with other maintenance crews.
• Monitor and replenish shop inventory and ensure compliance with safety codes.
