Farnsworth Group is seeking a Structural / Revit Technician in one of the following locations. In this role, you will assist structural engineers by providing building information (BIM) modeling.

Posting Locations: Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center); Normal, IL; Peoria, IL; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO

Job Activities:

• Prepare Structural Revit models of buildings of varying types.
• Prepare Structural construction documents including plans, elevations, schedules, and details.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines.
• Perform redline drafting.
• Read and duplicate existing structural plans for use in building additions or renovations.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• 3-5 years of experience with Revit.
• Ability to visualize and illustrate design in 2D and 3D.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Building Structures and Navisworks preferred.
• Revit or Autodesk Certification preferred.
