Job summary

Conrad Consulting is assisting a well-established structural and civil engineering firm that seeks a full-time Structural Project Manager for its Fort Worth, TX office. The role covers commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, historical, and hospitality sectors.

You will mentor a multi-level team, manage projects from planning through construction administration, and nurture client relationships while collaborating with various departments to achieve firm goals.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil or Architectural Engineering degree
• 5+ years' structural engineering experience in the consulting industry
• 2+ years' experience leading a project team
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Federal, State, and Local permitting requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering projects from design development through construction administration
• Balance budgets, schedules, quality, and team workload
• Mentor early-career engineers and guide their professional growth
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate across departments
• Oversee site visits from design through construction
• Produce engineering documents using design software
