Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 4–10 years' experience managing self-performed structural construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of structural construction projects from preconstruction to final completion.
• Oversee self-performed structural work including scheduling, labor planning, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
