Job summary

Senior Structural Engineer needed in Scranton, PA to lead calculations, analysis and CAD/Revit modeling on building projects. This on-site role blends technical design with project management and client relations in a collaborative office environment. Job description

Our client in business for 12+ yrs is one of the areas fastest growing, up and coming movers and shakers in the Structural Engineering/Civil Site Consulting Engineering industry here in the NEPA region. With an exceptional culture, beautiful new state of the art office space with +18 Professionals and a outstanding reputation. Ideal candidates will be a registered Professional Engineers with at least 5 years of experience in the design of building structures, or have a EIT already and able to sit for the PE in the future. Candidates should have experience with project management including building and maintaining client relations and working with a team to successfully complete complex Structural design projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer located in Scranton, PA. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for calculations, structural analysis, structural engineering, project management, and computer-aided design (CAD or Revit) on a day-to-day basis.

Required Qualifications

• Calculations and Structural Analysis skills for building projects
• Experience in Structural Engineering
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Revit a plus
• Proficiency with wood, steel, masonry and concrete design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering or related field
• EIT required, Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• This is an in office position at our Scranton, PA office

Requirements and Qualifications
