Job summary

Talisman is seeking a Project Engineer, Structural in Chicago, IL to lead structural analysis and design across active projects with a focus on data center, life sciences, healthcare, and seismic retrofit work.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, and progressively assume responsibility for client communications and project delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Structural Eng required; MS preferred.
• EIT required; PE or SE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in structural analysis and design, including drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to structural analysis and design across active projects.
• Direct and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Coordinate across disciplines to keep projects on track.
• Prepare plans and detail drawings.
• Take on growing responsibility for client communication and project delivery.
