Job summary

• Experience with restaurant, retail, grocery, and healthcare projects preferred.

As a Project Engineer on our Structural team, you take design and construction projects from a defined concept to completion. You'll design building systems, perform engineering calculations, produce construction documents, travel to job sites, and prepare technical documentation. Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required for this role. If you don't have your PE yet, we'd love to consider you for one of our Designer opportunities.

Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in the US. This role does require travel approximately once a month, local or overnight, via car and/or plane. Must be able to rent a car and travel by air.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required for this role
• Advanced knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and building codes
• Ability to make sound engineering decisions independently and deliver the high level of quality, accountability, and care associated with licensure as a Professional Engineer
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate where appropriate
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prior experience with restaurant, retail, grocery, and/or healthcare projects is preferred
