Position Overview

As a Crew Leader within our SI/CA group, your role is pivotal in supporting the overall health and operations of our team through training, coaching, workload optimization, and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Registered Engineer and registered in one or more states.
• Certifications such as Engineer-In-Training, ICC Master of Special Inspections, or ICC Special Inspector Certifications.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering and/or inspections.
• Deep understanding of Construction Administration, Special Inspections, and Project Management.
• Experience supervising up to four staff members.
• Proven ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
