Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its Structural Heart Program in Everett, Washington. This 0.75 FTE position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team caring for patients with valvular and structural heart disease in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current Washington State licensure or ability to obtain.
• Cardiology or Structural Heart experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient care for structural heart conditions and evaluations.
• Pre- and post-procedure management and patient education.
• Collaboration with interventional cardiologists, surgeons, and cardiovascular teams.
• Care coordination and patient assessment.
