Job summary

The Structural Heart APC will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for structural heart conditions, including transcatheter valve therapies and other advanced cardiovascular interventions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, pre- and post-procedure management, patient education, and collaboration with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and cardiovascular service teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Current Washington State licensure or ability to obtain.
• Cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient care for structural heart patients including evaluation and treatment.
• Care coordination and pre-/post-procedure management.
• Patient education and collaboration with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and cardiovascular service teams.
