The shift is 4 on - 4 off, 12-hour days from 10am to 10pm, with weekends and holidays as needed. This role supports our production team in building and welding structural components to specification.

The successful candidate will weld according to drawings, maintain welding certifications, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure the products meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with structural steel is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Welding structural steel parts as specified per drawing or print.
• Safely produce a quality product.
• Obtain and maintain all welding certifications.
• Assure the structural components are welded correctly with visual inspection.
• Willing to work swing shifts, weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require.
