DHA is seeking: a Structural Field Engineer to support client’s structures maintenance teams by setting up, implementing, and assisting with technical processes, providing field support, and advising on structural maintenance strategies. Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance to structural maintenance crews including interpretation and adherence to specifications, methods, procedures, and product data.
- Assist with maintenance strategies for scheduling, type of maintenance, and selection of materials and equipment.
- Maintain regular logs of SFE technical support work.
- Develop familiarity with maintenance plans, specifications, work instructions, and related documents.
- Provide support for structural repairs including track support, leak mitigation, drainage, and concrete patching.
- Interface with ENGA structural engineers for new or modified repair procedures.
- Contribute to updating repair procedures and scheduling recommendations.
- Observe fieldwork to provide hands-on technical assistance.
- Review and analyze defects and incidents in Maximo and Optram databases to support maintenance decisions.
- Coordinate with maintenance crews, managers, and the reliability team to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Offer routine recommendations to the Program Director for structural asset management improvements.
- Support the development of the Structural Asset Management Plan in collaboration with TAMO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or designee.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in construction and/or maintenance of major transit or similar infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience with concrete and steel structures (required).
- Preferred experience in tunnel maintenance and leak mitigation.
- Preferred experience with direct fixation trackbed maintenance including drainage and grout pads.
- Preferred experience repairing concrete structural defects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and repair procedures.
- Proactive support to crews for selecting materials, equipment, and methods.
- Ability to identify and resolve safety and quality issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with maintenance staff.
- Preferred experience with asset management databases like Maximo and Optram, and maintenance planning analysis.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
