A leading structural engineering consulting firm based in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a Structural Engineer to design and analyze diverse structures, working in a collaborative team environment. Candidates should hold a B.S. in Structural Engineering, possess seismic design experience, and ideally have a PE license. Qualifications

• 13 years (Entry-Level) or 3+ years (Mid/Senior Level) of experience.
• California PE/SE license is a plus.
• Experience with concrete/steel structures and ideally Mass Timber.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, masonry).
• Analyze new/existing structures for gravity and seismic loads.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, and civil teams.
• Participate in field observations, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Attend client meetings and coordination sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning.
