Mott MacDonald in Westwood, MA is offering a structured summer internship within our Prelaunch program. You will join a three-month development journey designed to build your engineering foundation and expose you to real projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.

As part of the program, you will design engineering solutions, perform site inspections, participate in meetings, refine designs, and develop professional skills in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

• Progress towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, or related field.

This position is located in Westwood, MA. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
