Job summary

Worley Undergraduate Community in Monrovia/Long Beach CA is seeking an engineering intern to gain hands-on experience while supporting delivery of engineering services under close supervision.

You will assist in preparing designs, specifications, datasheets, lists, and calculations; update standards; and communicate with project teams. The role is on-site, with potential vendor travel, starting June/July 2027, and pay ranges hourly between $25.49 and $37.49.

Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining relevant engineering degree.
• General engineering knowledge and practical skills.
• Ability to develop software skills relevant to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of engineering services that meet Worley’s specifications, on time and within budget.
• Assist in preparation of detailed designs and drawings.
• Assist in preparation of specifications.
• Assist in preparation of equipment datasheets, line lists, equipment lists and valve lists.
• Assist in preparation of high-level calculations and reports.
• Update existing standards and various documents.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.
