Parsons is offering a Summer 2027 Bridge Engineering Internship in Peachtree Corners, GA. Interns will gain hands-on experience under senior engineers, support structural analysis modeling, and contribute to engineering calculations and drawings.

You will work on medium to large bridge projects, participate in post-design construction reviews, and connect with leadership through our National Intern Program, fostering growth within a collaborative infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s engineering program focused on civil/structural engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher desirable.
• Preference for prior internship experience.

Parsons is our Summer 2027 Bridge Engineering Internship program supporting our Peachtree Corners (GA) team! This program offers an exciting opportunity to expand your engineering technical knowledge and skills through direct mentorship and collaboration with a world-class team of infrastructure design experts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop professionally and connect with company leaders through our National Intern Program.
• Work in the capacity of a bridge engineer on medium to large projects.
• Support engineering staff in performing structural analysis modeling.
• Assist in the production of engineering calculations and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Support post-design construction activities by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, or complex construction activities.
• Provide support for other engineering activities as required.

What Qualifications You'll Bring

• Must be enrolled in a Master's engineering program with a focus on civil/structural engineering at an accredited college or university.
• Prior internship experience is preferred.
• Relevant coursework, such as structural analysis, steel or concrete design, and geotechnical engineering, is preferred.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher is desirable.
• Experience with structural engineering software packages, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation, Excel, Bluebeam, MathCAD, and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, LARSA, MIDAS, or similar), is preferred.

Salary Range: $22.93 - $40.14
