Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software preferred.
• Prior internship or co-op in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to plant operations across multiple departments (Steel Fab, Material Handling, QC, Carpentry, Batch Plant, Finishing).
• Participate in project site visits to understand erection processes.
• Assist in structural design and analysis using industry-standard software.
• Review drawings under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Complete a mock design project.
• Adhere to Metromont safety rules and OSHA regulations.
