Interns will develop technical, social, and ethical skills, gain exposure to real projects, and work alongside senior staff in a mentorship–driven program through WSP’s Developing Professionals Network.

Our Property & Buildings team is seeking a part-time Structural Engineering Intern – Fall 2026 to work out of our San Diego, CA office. This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program.
This internship will take place during the Fall 2026 semester.
Expected Salary (all locations): $23.90- $31.11
